If you want to enable Microsoft Azure AD sign in, please check short video instructions.

If you want to activate/force Microsoft Azure AD sign in for your entire organization, please follow the instructions below:


  • Have someone from the customer activate AD/SSO for their own account from the Inclus account page and confirm that it works. If their AD is currently blocking new AD apps, trying to do this will give information about how to unblock it which should be forwarded to their own IT. IT should enable Inclus for all their users.

  • Once their IT has allowed the Inclus app, let our support (support@inclus.com) team know a) which email domain(s) we should enforce the SSO on (i.e. @myorganization.com, @myorganization.fi) and b) which servers should the enforcement be active on (only App, or also Demo if that is being used)

  • After that, we’ll run the update after office hours to make all those email domain users use SSO from then on.
