How do I edit the answer options in the Criteria tab

Go to the project page and click the Criteria tab.

Select the criterion for which you want to edit the response scale and click the wrench icon.

Enter numeric values and names for the answer options. You can choose also one of the preset scales and modify them if necessary for your risk assessment. 

If you want to add the can not assess option, do not specify a numeric value for it, but leave that field blank and enter only the name. Assigning a numerical value to the can not assess option affects the calculated averages.

You can also add and edit advanced questions. Specify the question to be allocated to respondents who choose that response option. In addition you can ask for task suggestions on how to mitigate or manage the risk.
