First round:

1. Risk manager/process owner invites the participants to identify risks.

2. Risk manager/process owner accepts the possible risks and activates the assessment phase. 

3. Risk manager invites the participants to assess risks via email.

4. Risk review workshop - preferably F2F or hybrid meeting to go through the results and possible risk mitigation actions.

5. Risk manager assigns the mitigation actions and additionally risk owners as well.

 

Repeating the process in next rounds to monitor and update the risk situation:

6. Risk situation picture to be updated and monitored in agreed time cycle. 

7. Possibility to automate the risk identification and/or assessment sessions to repeating sessions. 

8. Monitor and update the risk mitigation actions.
