Searching and adding new risks directly for assessment

With the new Inclus 5.10 update, it is now possible directly add risks to the risk assessment form. 

Activate the functionality first from session settings for each session you want to use this functionality.

In the questionnaire settings -> Additional settings -> Allow participants add new risks directly:

Participants can use the Add new risk functionality also as a search bar. 

With a long list of risks, participants can search for existing risks and navigate to that particular risk to assess it quickly clicking the Go to risk button. 

If the risk list is missing some risk, participant can then add new risk and assign it to certain category and give additional information about the risk. 

After adding risk to the list, participants can then see their own added risk(s) and directly assess them by clicking the Go to risk button.
