Check that the link you shared on the project page is set to open.
Check that you haven't shared the results of all sessions. The results of all sessions can only be viewed by registered users. You can only share one session results at a time with other stakeholders.
You can try the link itself by opening it in Incognito mode in your browser, which will not remember your own login information. If the link opens normally, the problem is most likely in the browser, its add-ons, or restricted server connections.
