You can share the result page viewer rights to all the stakeholders via email with private link. Viewers can then filter the result page, but can't modify the default settings. In addition you can print pdf report when the default result views are saved in the visualizations page. 
Other option is to set the result page open. Note that the result page is then accessible for all that know the link.
Go to the project page and click Open next to the outcome link for the session you want to share. With this setting enabled, participants can go directly to the results page after responding to the survey.
You can copy a link to the results page directly to the email and share as is.
NOTE: Setting the project results as open will not set all sessions' results as open. When the project results are open, the participants in questionnaires will not be shown a link to the session's results page (this happens only when the session in question is set as open.
