Previous answers from one session can be shown in another. So, you need to have at least two sessions to use this feature.

How to enable this feature

  1. In the session that you wish to show answers from a previous one, open its settings:

  2. Enable the following switches in the settings:
  3. Select the session from which to show previous answers and enable the last switch which will have appeared when the "Use precise questionnaire" switch was enabled:

Details about this feature

Participants are identified by their emails (when they are using the invitation link) or their user account (when not using an invitation link). The same person invited using a different email will not be able to see their previous answers. A registered user who was invited using their email must use the invitation link to see their previous answers, even if they are logged in while answering.

You can continue chaining sessions indefinitely: showing previous answers from Session 2 in Session 3, from Session 3 in Session 4, etc.

Participants don't only see answers from the one session previous to the current one, but also from eariler sessions in the chain also. This happens like this:

  • A participant has answered
    • question X in Session 4
    • question Y in Session 3, but not in Session 4
    • question Z in Session 2, but not in Session 3 or 4
  • In Session 5, this participant will see their previous answer to
    • question X from Session 4
    • question Y from Session 3
    • question Z from Session 2

This requires that Session 5 is set as a continuation to Session 4, Session 4 to 3 etc.
