Make sure that you clicked the Project Results button at the top of the page or the result page link for the session you want to use, and not, for example, the short-session results page link. By default, project results can only be viewed by logged-in users, unless they are made public (see this article for more information).
Verify that the scatter plot axis has the criteria that contain response data selected correctly.
NOTE: For the item to be displayed in the scatter plot requires that it has received at least one response from both criteria current set as the axes of the plot. If there are only answers for one axis, the item will not be displayed.
Check that you don't have active selections in the settings. Click clear selection on the top panel.
